1. About DebateAI

DebateAI is an AI-powered debate practice and coaching platform for students aged 13 and above. By using DebateAI, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DebateAI
• Users under 18 in India must have parental consent
• DebateAI is not available in the European Union during beta

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DebateAI for legitimate educational debate practice. You may not:

• Submit debate topics containing violence, hate speech, or sexual content
• Attempt to extract harmful content from AI opponents
• Use DebateAI to harass or attack real individuals
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent session limits or cost controls

4. AI-Generated Content

AI debate responses are generated by language models and may contain inaccuracies. Coaching reports are AI-generated assessments and should be used as educational guidance, not definitive evaluations.

5. Content Moderation

All user-submitted debate topics are automatically moderated. Topics that violate our acceptable use policy will be blocked. If moderation fails, sessions may still proceed — we will review flagged content.

6. Session Limits

• Maximum 5 practice sessions per day per user
• Maximum 15 minutes per session
• System-wide concurrent debate limit applies during beta

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

8. Beta Disclaimer

DebateAI is currently in beta. Service availability, features, and performance may change. We make no guarantees about uptime during the beta period.
